Peace, equality and tolerance have reigned over the wizarding world for many years after the fall of Voldemort. Hogwarts, after being the location of his epic fall, is one of the most successful and well-known wizarding schools in the world. Everyone knows the story of how The Chosen One defeated You Know Who. Some still thrive on telling tales of battle from days of old but, for a majority of the younger generation, dark wizards and heroic wars are a thing of the past. That sort of thing just doesn't happen anymore; not in a calm, happy and flourishing world like this...or so they think.
There are whispers in the shadows. The winds, like the times, are once again changing. An auror has gone missing but petty crimes happen all the time, right? As far as the newspapers and Ministry are concerned: Voldemort is dead, there are no dark organizations or groups and no one can or will escape the according punishment for their individual crimes. "Nothing has changed from the peaceful society we've been enjoying since Harry Potter liberated us from He Who Must Not Be Named," says a representative from the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
Little does he know that some of the Death Eaters of old have implanted ideas of glory and pureblood superiority into some very impressionable minds. This new generation "ain't like your daddy's Death Eaters" though. No, they don't hide behind silly masks or cause complete and utter chaos. Instead, they've started to quietly infiltrate places like the Ministry of Magic. These dark people believe on waiting until the time is right and the fruit is ripe for the picking. Perhaps that's why no one believes they even exist. This new group has dubbed themselves the "Knights of Walpurgis" and they're preparing for...something.
All the while, the students of Hogwarts are ignorant to everything aside from the dramas of teenage life and the stress of classes. Within the school walls, the new generation of students are filling in where their parents and grandparents left off. James Potter and his three best friends are enjoying the lighthearted mischief from days of old. Scorpius Malfoy is as arrogant as his father and grandfather before him. A few of the more suspicious staff members, however, are starting to wonder if the rumours are true...and if they are, how can they keep their students safe?
The real questions are: What do you believe? And, furthermore, which side will you choose?
