~ ~ PRESTON - - - - JAMESON ~ ~

Freshman, Fourteen, Goofy, Artistic, Single, Paul Griffiths

Preston is the newbie at school, and just happens to look a lot like Paul Griffiths, but he won't admit that. He's one of the visual arts students and has been in love with that subject for as long as he can remember. While he's serious about all of his art work, he is also a goofball at heart and all of his friends know this better than those who just see him as the quiet art nerd. While it may not seem like it, Kenneth Sanders is his adoptive father. They've lived together since Preston was nine and Preston sees the teacher as his real father, even if they aren't biologically related. One thing his father doesn't understand about him is why he insisted on attending Zeger Academy. But, Preston does. He is gifted with the ability to move objects with his mind, or what most call telekinesis. He's not quite mastered this special gift yet, but has known and somewhat understood it for a few years.

~ DELILAH ARIANNA WARSEN ~

Sophomore, Sixteen, Fashionable, Dramatic, Single, Hilary Duff, Taken By Karen

if you're looking for the drama queen of Zeger Academy, you'll find her right here. Delilah comes from a great line of money that reaches back for generations. She's spoiled rotten and enjoys every moment of the clothes, guys, and popularity that come with that. But, the only thing she'll ever admit to hating about herself is the gift she was so unfortunately given. She controls the power of gravity manipulation, which means she can change the types of gravitational pulls around her. Intensify, erase, and many other things come with this, but she hasn't discovered most of those yet and that's why she's at this school. She left the comforts of her home for the school and regrets it more and more everyday, though most don't know or understand the soft side of their resident Queen Bee.

~ ~ GRIFFIN THEODORE CLARKS ~ ~

Junior, Seventeen, Bad Boy, Guitar Player, Single, Tanner Howe, Taken By Chase

Meet Griffin, the Zeger Academy's bad boy who just happens to be a promising guitar player. Music is his passion and has been since he was five, just learning to play piano then but moving onto guitar during fourth grade. He writes his own music now, usually grabbing inspiration from the various girls he dates or their best friends who betray them. Typical guy stuff, right? Most of the gifted kids know him for his strength that he works hard to keep in tact by boxing and the fear it strikes into them, but that amazingly isn't the gift he was awarded. Griffin controls engergy blasts, meaning he can absorb energy and create a ball of it to use as a weapon. Of course, this means people sometimes get zapped if they aren't careful, but he'd never intentionally use his power on someone who couldn't defend themself. If they could, well then, that's a different story.

~ ~ MARISSA - - - - MORISON ~ ~

Senior, Eighteen, Sweet, Hot-Headed, Single, Doriana Agacinska

Though she'd never admit it, Marissa is the biggest hot head both the schools have ever, and will ever, see. Why? Because she controls the element of fire and heat, meaning she can bend it to do her will. She can control, absorb, and generate fire with one flick of her finger. Which would mean this is one girl you definitely don't want to piss off. When she's not starting fire's for her uniquely gifted family, she can be found studying her butt off in the school library like the sweet schoolgirl most of the normal students believe her to be. They never get to see the traumatic tantrums that can happen if the sweet facade gets disrupted, and there's a high chance that if they did they'd be dead, even if Marissa didn't mean to kill them. Her family, however, understands the struggle she faces to be good. Both of her parents have powers and so do her younger sister and older brother. The only one left out would be her actual twin, Abigail Morrison, who doesn't even have a clue about what the rest of her family can do.

~ ~ AMELIA - - - - PETER ~ ~

Freshman, Wild, Determined, Suspicious, Single, Bella Thorne

Ameilia is none other than Leirner Academy's resident wild girl. She's crazy, rebellious, and hates any form of control. Though she is still a freshman, she already has made enemies out of quite a few of her older classmates. She can be very tempermental on occasion, but usually keeps her head held high. Her confidence shines through ninety-nine percent of the time. But, people, especially teachers, find her quite cocky and arrogant because of this. Ameilia isn't originally from Oregon. Her family moved from Florida when she was in fifth grade, which means she had a fresh start for Middle School. Her "clique" quickly formed and has traveled with her up until now. Rumors flew when the schools were joined together, leaving suspicion in her mind about the new students she's sharing the halls with this year.

~ ~ JASON - - - - TYLERS ~ ~


Sophomore, Fifteen, Quiet, Techno-Geek, Adopted, Steven R McQueen

Not known by too many at the academy, but definitely favored by his teachers, is Jason. He's not too social, and there's a perfectly logical reason behind it. As a child, he was abused by his mother. He later escaped when he was old enough, being picked up by an orphange and later adopted the next year the month he turned thirteen. He's been with the same family since then. But, his rough upbringing didn't turn him into an angered soul. Instead, it caused him to retreat inside himself. He never learned to trust anyone besides his adoptive mother, and isn't planning on changing that soon. One thing she helped him discover was his love for technology. He became a whiz with computers during his eigth grade year, doing even more with the hobby as he entered his first year of high school. It's the thing that keeps him sane half the time, and he uses it as his outlet for most of his feelings.

~ ~ ZOEY - - - - VINCENT ~ ~

Junior, Seventeen, Actress, Witty, Laid-Back, Emily Browning

Though she's no drama queen, she is the Queen of Drama Club. Zoey is definitely the most promising actress at the newly combined school. She's ruled that department since her freshman year, and plans on dominating it until she graduates. She can be very witty and sharp when she wants to be, which is usually around teachers, but is very laid-back and relaxed around her friends. She knows how to focus and work her ass of when needed, which helps a lot with her love of the theatre. Orignially from New York, Zoey knows what she needs to achieve her dream of being an actress. She moved to Oregon when she was still quite young, but she did get to see a few Broadway shows which were the inspiration for her dream. If you ever need tips for singing or dancing, Zoey Vincent is definitely the place you need to go.

~ ~ ABIGAIL - - - - MORISON ~ ~

Senior, Eighteen, Kind-Hearted, Writer, Single, Doriana Agacinska

Abigail is the odd one out in her family of four children. Both her parents, her twin, younger sister, and older brother all have various powers, but she has absolutely none. She doesn't even know about the world of mind-reading and fire control, and most likely never will unless someone finally reveals the secret to her. But, besides that, she is a normal student who studies just as hard, if not harder, than her twin sister Marissa. The difference between the two twins, however, is that Abigail adores writing. She wants to become an author when she's older, but plans on going to college for her teaching degree so she can become an English teacher. Wanting to become a teacher gives away that she's also very kind hearted and willing to help those around her. She'll gladly volunteer to help the freshman with homework or hand out programs for school shows.

~ ~ GREGORY - - - - ASTERS ~ ~

Senior, Seventeen, Goof, Fun Lover, Single, Patrick Stump

If you're looking for a fun loving goof ball, your search ends here. Meet Gregory, or Greg as most people tend to call him. He's the class clown and loves every perk that comes with it. Pranks, practical jokes, and doing other stupid and childish things are his specialities. The future isn't something he's too focused on. He's more of a "live in the moment" type of person, and plans on staying that way. He's a senior, yes, but he has no clue what he'll be doing for college next year or if he's even going to college. Truthfully, he'd rather go travel the world or do something else that doesn't involve another four years of school. But, his parents are both counting on their only son going to school for law or another practical subject. They believe him to be as square as they are, when really he's his own unique, and very amusing, shape.

~ ~ CARSON - - - - BRYANT ~ ~

History Teacher, Thirty Eight, Flirt, Protective, Misha Collins

If you're a gifted student in Mr. Bryant's history class, you're in for a big treat. He holds the gift of animation, meaning he can bring any inanimate object to life. He uses this to bring pictures, dolls, and even models to life on occasion to help make better and more understandable lessons for his students. Of course, normal students never get to see any of these things. He still tries to make their classes a little more interesting, however, especially for the girls. He's a big flirt at heart, and most of the young ladies understand this well. Of course, that's not revealed to anyone who could get him fired, but that threat doesn't stop him, anyway. Though he is a flirt, Carson can be very protective of some of his friends and family. It's his nature as a guy to want to defend anyone, but its a bit stronger in him.

~ ~ ELIZA - - - - PORTERS ~ ~

Art Teacher, Twenty Seven, Focused, Kind-Hearted, Zooey Deschanel

Whenever this sharp teacher is around, you definitely don't want to misbehave. All the normal students believe her to have eyes in the back of her head, but the gifted side of the school knows much better. Ms. Porters has the power of omnipresence. She can be anywhere and everywhere, all at once. It's a gift she's quite thankful for because she can watch students like a hawk and easily keep them all in line. Being an art teacher means she's very creative and fun loving, but she's also very focused on her job. She'll help the students with whatever they need, whether it be art tips or relationship drama. Her heart is very large and able to take care of all, making her motherly, though she has no children of her own. She's very close friends with Mr. Sanders for the love of kids and their similar jobs in the school, but he still doesn't know about her gift.

~ ~ KENNETH - - - - SANDERS ~ ~

Music Teacher, Twenty Eight, Fatherly, Gentle, Caring, Zachary Levi

You won't find anyone sweeter than Kenneth in the entire state of Oregon. He's a very fatherly person, and no one understands this better than his adopted son, Preston Jameson, who is in fact a gifted student. Kenneth doesn't know this, but he is glad to be teaching at the same school his son is attending now. He teaches music, one of the only things he loves almost as much as Preston. Piano and cello are his main instruments, but he can play many of the other instruments in the building. Well, that's obvious if he is the teacher. He's close friends with Eliza Porters, the gifted Art Teacher who just happens to be his son's favorite teacher. Though he is gentle and caring, Mr. Sanders can be very stern when needed. He has a good balance between the two, making him a favorite teacher for the music students throughout the building.

~ ~ MARIE-JANE - - - - RUEBEN ~ ~

Algebra Teacher, Thirty, Fashionable, Scatter Brained, Shantel Vansanten

The typical algebra teacher is supposed to be boring and uptight, right? Well, then there is definitely nothing typical about Ms. Rueben. She's one of the most scatter brained teachers in the entire building who teaches one of the hardest subjects. Though none of them will admit to liking math, the students do like her class because it is one of the more laid-back rooms. Mari-Jane enjoys doing her job, which makes teaching easier on both her and the students. She loves to have fun and ties that into her classes so her students don't fall asleep on her. Another thing Mari-Jane is is fashionable. She loves fashion and is always wearing the latest trends and hottest brand names. Though she is thirty, she can still act like a teenager most of the time, which helps her relate to her students. While some of the other teachers see her as too childish, the kids don't mind it one bit and neither does Mari-Jane.
